In 1999, Mr. Starzer co-founded the first of five “Creek” companies where he served in the positions of Chairman, Founder and Managing Partner, President and CEO, and, as a director on the board for each company. Mr. Grove currently serves as President and CEO of Greyhaven Energy, LLC, providing strategic planning, technical and acquisition advisory services to industry clients since May 2014. Mr. Grove served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Berry Corporation (NASD:BRY) from June, 2017 until his retirement from the company in late 2020. Mr. Grove provided operating and development leadership along with portfolio management while Berry transitioned from bankruptcy and helped the company return to the public market in July 2018. Prior to Berry, Mr. Grove served as a co-founder, Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in both private and public Bonanza Creek Energy entities from 2003 until his retirement from the company in April 2014. After helping to lead Bonanza Creek Energy, (NYSE:BCEI) going public in 2011, Mr. Grove served as a Director, EVP Engineering and Planning and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Mr. Truitt is the President of Fundare Resources, LLC and is responsible for executing the business plan and running the day-to-day activities of the company. Previously, Mr. Truitt was the Vice President of Engineering at Fifth Creek Energy and oversaw the successful delineation of the Hereford Field and added an additional 25,000 net acres in a six-month span through a combination of acquisitions and an active infield leasing program. After the Fifth Creek Energy merger with Bill Barrett, Mr. Truitt went to Cureton Midstream as the Chief Commercial Officer and led the commercial activities for the company for 2 1/2 years.

Beau Woodward is married to his wife Jennifer, and together they have four children: Jackson, Rebecca, Roman, and Chase. Prior to graduating from the Master’s College in 2002, Beau started his career working at Morgan Stanley in Beverly Hills while swimming for the University of Southern California. Beau went on to work at Bank of America, Charles Schwab, and Wells Fargo before launching Woodward Diversified Capital with his brother and father, Gabe and Tom. Beau and Jennifer helped found and launch Sovereign Grace Church of Bakersfield back in 2006, where they still serve as Sunday School teachers to this day. Beau and Jennifer enjoy supporting a few local charities and serving as volunteer coaches and chaperones for their children’s numerous sports and activities. Gabe graduated from the University of Southern California in 2001 with a degree in Social Sciences, emphasis in History. After graduation, Gabe attended The Master’s University in 2002, taking courses in Biblical Counseling. This is where Gabe met his wife, Staci. Gabe began working with his father, Tom, at Bank of America Investment Services in 2005 and transitioned to Wells Fargo Private Bank in 2009. Gabe helped launch Woodward Diversified Capital with his partners Tom and Beau, along with longtime assistant Rosalie Thompson. Gabe currently serves as President of the non-profit Kern County Cancer Foundation and has been a Deacon at his church for over a decade. Gabe also serves as the Director of Aquatics for The Master’s University in Santa Clarita, CA, and is on the Board of Directors for Nexus 3D Consulting, a start-up construction firm. Gabe and Staci support numerous local and faith-based charities both personally, and through their learn to swim school, Bakersfield Swim Academy. Together Gabe and Staci have four children involved in multiple sports and church activities where Gabe enjoys coaching and serving.

Tom graduated with a degree in Economics from Cal State University of Northridge in January of 1970. Shortly thereafter, he entered the US Army and was honorably discharged in 1972. Tom briefly worked at Ford Motor Company in the marketing department before moving on to Paine, Webber, Jackson, and Curtis in late 1972, which was later acquired by UBS. In 1977 Tom moved back to the central valley from LA, taking a job in Bakersfield with Dean Witter, which later acquired Morgan Stanley. Tom managed the Bakersfield office of Morgan Stanley from 1980 until 2003, at which time he was hired by Bank of America private bank. Tom joined Wells Fargo’s private bank in 2009, where he worked with his sons until they launched Woodward Diversified Capital in 2020. Tom obtained the exclusive designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) in 1986, studying at the Wharton Business School in Pennsylvania, and still utilizes the skills he learned in that program on a daily basis. He has been married to his lovely wife Constance for 50 years, and the two of them have enjoyed volunteering their time to support local charities over their many decades in the Bakersfield community.

Mr. Bahr served as President and Director of Wildhorse Resource Development Corporation (NYSE:WRD) and WildHorse Resources II LLC (Co-CEO) from August 2016 until February 2019. He co-founded WildHorse Resources, LLC in 2007 and served as its Chief Executive Officer since 2007. Mr. Bahr co-founded WildHorse Resources II LLC in June 2013 and served as its Co-Chief Executive Officer from inception to IPO in 2016. He founded WildHorse Resources Management Company LLC (WHRM) in October 2012 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until IPO. Mr. Bahr held various management and engineering roles with Hilcorp Energy, Devon Energy, Ocean Energy, Berry Petroleum and Unocal Corporation until 2007. Mr. Bahr serves on the Dean’s Council of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He is a Co-Founder and Advisor of the Texas A&M Petroleum Ventures Program Educational Collaboration between the Mays Business School and Department of Petroleum Engineering and is a Member of the Petroleum Engineering Academy of Distinguished Graduates. Mr. Bahr received bachelors and masters degrees in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from California State University Bakersfield and is a Registered Petroleum Engineer in California.
